1. Return Policy:

You can return the products within 10 days of product delivery. Please ensure that the return request is initiated within this timeframe. 

We offer a no-questions-asked, hassle-free return policy. We will accept the return of the product, no questions asked, within 10 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition.

Return Process:

• Return Initiation: Upon receiving your request, we will initiate the return process with our trusted logistics partner to arrange for the return of your product.

• Pickup Timelines: Once the return request is processed our logistic partner will pick up the product in 2-3 days. 

2. Refund Policy:

• We will initiate the refund once the product reaches back to our warehouse and passes the quality check. 

• The refund for prepaid orders will be processed to the source account that was used at the time of placing the order. 

• For COD orders we will need your bank accounts details to process your refund. The refund will reflect in your account in 7-14 days once it is initiated from our end.

3. Cancellation Policy:

• If the product has not been dispatched, we will immediately process a full refund for your order.

• If the product has already been dispatched and you choose to cancel, we will notify our logistics partner to return the product to us and initiate your refund once the product is returned.
